MY STORY - BILL DOOLEY
Hello, my name is Bill and I’ve been helping people to exercise for close to 20 years.
I hold a Bachelor of Exercise Science (Clinical Practice) and am an accredited exercise scientist with Exercise and Sports Science Australia.
I was initially inspired to create the Growing Young Exercise Program in 2015 to help keep my mum from falling over again.
After seeing her do so well I thought other people could also benefit from the program.
I know it will help you too!
