How DOES GROWING YOUNG WORK?

 

Simply sign up as a member and log in to gain access to my daily exercise programs.

Follow these steps when in the Membership Homepage:

Step 1 - find your program level

Step 2 - click the link for the day you are exercising

Step 3 - follow the exercises in the order that they appear

Each daily program will have exercises that help improve the strength of your upper or lower body and core…as well as exercises for your balance and mobility.

To help build confidence and proficiency I have designed each program level so that you stay with those same weekly exercises for 4 weeks then progress to the next program.

So those starting at Beginner 1 level stay with that program for 4 weeks then progress to Beginner 2 for 4 weeks and then to Beginner 3 and so on.

As you progress through Growing Young each program level becomes a bit more challenging to help keep you improving…both mentally and physically.

As a member you have access to your exercises 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Easy to follow…Growing Young is suitable for those 65+ers who are new to exercise or starting back after a long break.

Each video will guide you through all the details of that exercise..ie technique, repetitions, rest period etc
